We painted the walls and got rid of the carpet. The hardwood floors were underneath the carpet!

Anyhow, I have no idea what to do with the fireplace. Should I leave the mantle dark brown, or should I paint it white? Or, any other suggestions?

i like the fireplace as it is. haha also the lawn chairs add a really class touch!
